Positive, One of the best room layouts ever! Super comfortable King Room with a quiet atmosphere, great AC, and an excellent bed. Loved the food and the attentive staff.

The bed was nice, and in general I greatly enjoyed great-sized and incredible room. It had pretty nice bedrooms and the staff were professional and very amiable, helped me a lot. The location was unbeatable and I could use free parking on site. Santa Fe district was worth staying in.

The room was nice and with extremely comfy beds. The staff were pretty friendly people. Its location was particularly good in a "elegant district''.

This hotel has been an absoluteley disappointing experience. The noise was horrific, woudl ve been more bearable if my pleas had been heard, but no, no room change offered. Plus, i expected at least a complimentary breakfast or something, but all i got were coupons. Like really? What a joke. Don't waste your time here.

The layout of the King Room, Non-Smoking was one of the best I've experienced. The bed was comfortable, ensuring I enjoyed a fantastic night's sleep. Plus, the water pressure in the shower was amazing.

A straightforward choice with comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Spacious accommodations and excellent shower pressure were highlights. I relished the complimentary breakfast, which met expectations. Even the restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. It's not meant for tourists, but perfect for business trips with shopping nearby. Just be prepared for occasional noise.

Noisy couples in adjacent rooms disrupted sleep.

The suite was spacious and had a great vibe! Loved the easy access to everything, especially the restaurant which served fruit that was nicely presented!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for which is decent.

the only downside was that there was no carpet in the room (it felt a bit cold). otherwise, the bed was super comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. breakfast was also included and very tasty (loved the fresh fruit! ).

We stayed here with our son and loved the spacious suite! The comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep, and the nearby shopping was a hit with the whole family. The staff was friendly and accommodating, we felt welcomed throughout our stay.

My kids wished the internet was faster.

The central heating, safe, and TV in the room were great. Having a bath in the private bathroom was a plus. - the location was perfect, close to Santa Fe mall, the business district, the ''Tower'', and the airport.
